This is an antique watch movement which is marked with the name of Kummer, who was a watch maker in the middle of the 1800’s.  So, this movement would be built by him or his company in the 1850’s, most likely.  The movement has a gold plated leaf on the upper left side and a gold colored spring cover, from the 17th century, is on the right side.  There are four blue Swarovski crystals attached to the top along with a coat of resin.
