An antique bracelet was gold shielded.  This process is similar to gold plating where a think layer of gold is applier to the outside of a piece of jewelry.  The metal adjustable, gold shielded bracelet, has a gold shielded bezel which has been attached to the top.  Inside of that bezel, a watch movement from the 1920’s has been placed and coated in resin.
