Feeling Lucky with Antiquarian Couture

I hope everyone had a wonderful St. Patty’s Day and wore something green to not get pinched! Today I’m doing a collaboration with Antiquarian Couture to do an inspired look to showcase their amazing handmade jewelry.Deseo que todos hayan tiendo un Feliz Día de San Patricio y tuvieron puesto un poco de verde para escapara pellizcos! Ahora estoy haciendo una colaboración con Antiquarian Couture para enseñarles su joyeria.
I personally LOVE anything handmade and unique, so I was really excited when I was contacted to do collaboration. I became even more excited when I saw that some of the pieces were made with butterfly wings and internal clock pieces. The owner and creator John worked closely with me to make sure my piece was one of a kind and fit my personality. The detail in the necklace is noticed right away, I have to say I was a little worried the wing was going to be fragile and might break because I’m a klutz but its actually very sturdy while still preserving the elegance and delicacy of the wing.
If you’re in the St. Louis area and want to buy a necklace yourself Antiquarian Couture jewelry can be best found at Rabbits & Rags, which is a vintage store in Columbia, Illinois, about 15 minutes from South County or you can order online here.
