This is a brass belt buckle with a curved, rectangular face. Inside of the face, there is an antique watch movement from the Hartford Watch Company. This was a Swiss company that made fake American-made pocket watches, during the late 19th century. The watch movement is coated in resin and in the face surrounding it, are many green colored, metal beads, under resin as well.
