An early 1900’s Elgin Watch company movement plate piece, sits on top of a porcelain watch face. There are clear crystals on top of the plate piece. There is a bronze gear on top and a metal wing and a metal dragonfly charm. There is a coating of resin and this currently hangs with a silver plated chain.
