This is a metal, antique, pocket watch dial from the 1930’s.  It has a thin coat of resin on top of it.  Then there is a metal butterfly near the center.  The butterfly is filled with clear and red colored Swarovski crystals. This hangs from a silver-filled chain and clasp.
