This tiny pendant is an antique watch movement, most likely from a lady’s watch line, made by the Wittnauer Watch Company.  It has a thin coat of resin on it and a metal wing has been attached to the side of it.  A diamond-cut, white topaz, sits near the top of the piece.  This hangs from a thin, stainless steel chain.
